Meet Jessa Zinn


Jessa Zinn is a board-certified Structural Integrator, alignment and fascia expert. She is known for her exceptional ability to help people move better and get out of pain. Compassionate communication and her ability to explain and give concise information are her strengths. A teacher of yoga, recovery movement, and meditator for over 20 years she brings intelligence, warmth, and intuition to her vast knowledge.

Jessa empowers her clients with the tools to help them get out of pain and move with ease.

What is Fascia:

Fascia is the fabric that holds us together. It is a thin, tough, elastic type of connective tissue that surrounds muscles and nerves.

Healthy fascia is flexible, supple, and glides. It provides support and protects us against Injury. 

Stress, work-related repetitive movements, and the effects of aging can cause the fascia to lose its elasticity and become shorter, tighter, and denser.

Tightened fascia pulls our muscles and skeleton out of proper alignment and posture, which can cause pain, discomfort, and fatigue.

What is Fascia Release:

Fascia Release uses massage balls, everyday stretches and foam rollers to lengthen, stretch, and soften the tissue to restore postural balance, ease of movement, and a feeling of being more at home in your own body.
